Booking and Payments

• All tours must be booked in advance through our website or authorized partners.
• Payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and payment platforms.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. You will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour’s start time are non-refundable.
• If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or boat malfunction), customers will receive a full or partial refund.
• No refund will be issued if you do not participate in the tour and fail to cancel it.
• Cancellations must be made via email.

Weather Policy

Our tours run rain or shine. In the case of rain, refunds will not be issued. We do have umbrellas in case of rain. We recommend bringing appropriate clothing for wet weather conditions.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour. If you arrive late and miss the boat, there will be no refund or rescheduling.

Liability

• Amsterdam Boat Trips is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of personal items, or accidents that occur during the tour.
• Passengers participate at their own risk.

Code of Conduct

• All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the crew.
• Disrespectful or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without refund.
